The Role

We're hiring a Head of Token Marketing to own the narrative, positioning, and growth strategy for RAI. This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of crypto, AI infrastructure, and macroeconomic storytelling. You will be the person who makes the world understand Republic’s mission and converts that understanding into community, liquidity, and ecosystem adoption.

What You'll Own

• Define and execute RAI's global token marketing strategy, from positioning to go-to-market campaigns across retail, institutional, and developer audiences
• Translate the Republic flywheel — compute credits, equity call options, fund SPV mechanics, and data center acquisition — into compelling, accessible narratives for diverse audiences
• Lead community growth and engagement across Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, and emerging platforms; build a passionate, technically literate holder and builder base
• Develop and manage relationships with crypto media, analysts, KOLs, and institutional research desks to drive authoritative coverage
• Partner with the BD and fund teams to market Republic's developer ecosystem — positioning projects "built on Republic" as a meaningful endorsement of the network's compute backing
• Own token launch and exchange listing marketing, including CEX/DEX campaigns, liquidity communication, and market narrative management
• Build and lead a lean, high-output marketing team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in marketing
• Comfortable with the AI infrastructure and venture landscape — you can speak credibly about equity-for-compute deal structures, hyperscaler dynamics, and AI company structure
• Experience managing or contributing to high-stakes launches
• Strong network within crypto media, research, and the KOL ecosystem
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate; this role is in-person with the rest of the team
