We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can lead the design of user-centric digital experiences, from concept to execution. You’ll bring clarity to complex problems and craft intuitive solutions that elevate the way people interact with our product.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives—from research to polished UI.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs and business goals.
• Translate user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize feedback into actionable improvements.
• Advocate for design thinking and user-first principles across the organization.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to shaping the design culture.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work across web and/or mobile.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer, or ProtoPie).
• Deep understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Comfort working with data and user research to inform design decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
